Vonage

What you need
There are two ways to connect to Vonage.
- Use a soft phone account. The PBX essentially behaves like a soft phone. However, please be aware that Vonage has some clauses in their contracts that might not allow this usage.
- The Vonage Business Plus account seems to be more appropriate for the usage with the PBX. This account is much more expensive, however, it gives you the features that you need in a business.

How to set up a trunk
The provider will provide you the account number and the password. A typical setup will look like this:
- Display Name: 13142551861
- Account: 13142551861
- Registrar: sphone.vopr.vonage.net
- Username: 13142551861
- Password: (your password)
- Outbound Proxy: sphone.vopr.vonage.net:5061
You dont need to specify a STUN server or a keep-alive time, because Vonage will make sure that the PBX will keep the NAT binding alive (if it is behind NAT).
