User lists

This section covers different call related lists such as missed calls, call log, conferences, address books etc.

Mailbox

This page shows the list of voice-mails for the extension/user.

Time: This field shows the date and time when the voice mail was arrived on your mail box

Number: This is the calling party number.

Duration: This field shows how long is the voice mail message

Flags: This field shows few things.

The red x will lets you delete the message. When click on this icon, you will see a pop-up for delete confirmation.

The speaker icon will let you play the message right from the browser. If you click on this icon, the voicemail will be played right from the browser. You may see different behaviors, play through the browser plug-in or open media player, based on the browser you use.

There will be star icon available for all the new messages.

Conference

This page lets you (user) create and manage the conferences.
